My experience was over the top. Started off with a mis measurement for my tongue jack pad. I ordered the wrong size so I contacted customer service and the service was 10 Star. The return process was so easy and shipment was fast. Installation for my tongue jack pad and my 4 stablizer pads was quick and easy. Fit was perfect. Would recommend this company for all your snap pad needs. 10 Star out of 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd set of Snappads we bought...1st for a 5th wheel, these for truck camper. Like the idea of the product, convenient to keep in place. But my experience is they don't snap on like the You-Tubers will claim. All were a battle fo us to work and pound into place, even using the dish liquid trick. By the way, the set we got had no installation instructions included.

Very easy to install on my Lance truck camper. Now I have eliminated all my boards and plastic pads. They stay on so I don't never have to worry about forgetting them. Added stability to my camper jacks especially when it's off the truck. Also have them on my 40' Alpine 5th wheel.

We order the pads and git them in and went to put them on, well, our back stabilizers were smaller that the front ones. So we needed to do a return. Got online to email about it, got a reply back right away from Stacey, who was eager to help. She had me send pictures of the pads, then set up my return. I had an odd request since we have two different sizes and it was if I could mix up a bundle. Right away, Stacey replied back and confirmed what I needed and immediately sent me a link for the special order! The new set was here within 2 days and work like a charm. Thanks Stacey, and snappad!
