Shoes for the RV
Snap pads are like shoes for the RV jacks. They keep the feet clean from dirt, grime, sand, etc and they make a firm stand possible regardless of the surface - of course I'm excluding 'quicksand'! Absolutely these are in my opinion a must have for your RV, trailer or fifth wheel.

SnapPads are a snap to install. Our Coach is more stable. Not that sliding other devices under the landing pads is difficult……why be bothered when you can count on SnapPads. The folks at SnapPad are a pleasure to deal with and when I told them what coach I had and that I wanted 12" pads they were quick to point out on my coach I had 9" pads! They would have been correct had I not just changed to 12"! Great experience!

The installation on a jack shoe that is not perfectly flat will require a bit of help from shims placed under the pad (typical on older/high use rigs). Use of a dish soap lubricant is a necessary process to get the pad to snap onto the jack shoe easily. The pad is made from recycled rubber which is a major plus in my opinion. We have used the pads only once so far and all went well. The only noticeable difference was the pad added a cushion feel when the jacks were deployed. So far the addition has been a positive experience.
