I haven't yet got my snap Pads on. I am 75 years old with knees that don't like to go under things. So, I will be waiting to put them on until I get some help. But I am very excited to do so because as I said I am not the least bit keen on going under things and I usually tried to put the little pad things under my rig with a grabber thing and more often than not did not get them lined up right. Also I will send you a picture when I get them on.

Product is great and you see that in every review, but if you need a return or refund the customer service is not what it should be for a great company. You have lost a huge supporter and fan of the product over less than $10.

3 of 4 pads went on fine, the fourth one some of the edge broke off but appears to be sticking for now. I think the help with the stability and a bit more height.
