Customer service was excellent, very helpful staff. Had issue with wrong sizing and it was handled right away. Easy install. They also gave good recommendations to replace jack pads so whole system would work better.

the quality is superb. unfortunately my Monaco has a rear trailing arm that was too close to the jack. i did not want to modify the snap pad. so i had to return. i was impressed with the quality of the product.

Snap pads fit perfectly. I have a tripod leveling system and used to climb partially under the coach to put pads down. This has made set up so much easier.
